I purchased this Posture Support device after trying another that didn't provide the level of support I needed. I read reviews and watched videos and decided on a Large based on a video I saw that stated they ran on the small side. Based on the measurements I was at the top of the Medium and bottom of the Large so I went with the Large. I wished I had not seen that video and gone with Medium. The large fits, but I have to make it as small as possible to get the support I want. Hope this is helpful to others.

Recovery from back surgery is hard. Years of rounded shoulders and poor posture definitely don't help. This posture corrector is comfortable, easy to put on and while it does not give me excruciatingly correct posture, it helps a lot, and is a good reminder to stand straight, shoulders back, gut in. I've tried other braces to pull my shoulders back, and they all have straps that dig into my skin. This one is excellent because it has adjustable pads on the shoulder straps that slide right where you need them for comfort. I can wear this all day as a reminder for better posture.

This is a very sturdy, very comfortable shoulder brace. I have tried many others that were either flimsy and didn't support or that were just absolutely uncomfortable. My only complaint is the back meshing bunches up and I have to continually pull it down if I want to wear a shirt over it (see photo) And also, the boning is not secured in there so it can be removed if you'd like, but one side of mine slips down every so often and I have to push it back in. But all in all, I'm extremely happy with this product and recommend it. Very comfortable and well made.

Okay...I’m a waitress and usually experience the worst back pain by the time I get home (every night). I decided to go with this product and I’m so happy I did. I know it says to wear for 15-20 min a day but i wear it through my entire 5-6 hour shift and my back doesn’t hurt. It does rub a little under my armpits but nothing that makes me miserable. If you wear a long sleeve that should solve the under arm problem. Love this product.

It's easy to put on, straightens my back when on. After a couple hours use your back gets a placebo effect convincing your back that it is still on and therefore you continue standing straight. You gotta be consistent for results. Obviously not the most comfortable to eat with nor to use all day, my armpit area got uncomfortable after a while.
